General Repair/Maintenance

Day to day management enquires are coordinated by our fully trained enthusiastic team located at our Reigate office 01737 242331.  A member of the team will establish the needs & requirements for a particular job, we will then notify the maintenance team on 01293 784411 to make contact & book an appointment Once we have established the problem a checklist is completed which specifies any problems and records either repair details or if awaiting conclusion. In the event of a repair being above the limit, we will contact you to advise you of the fault. Where the fault allows, digital photographs & estimates can immediately be e-mailed to you. In any case, all repairs will only be undertaken following your authorisation to proceed.
 
Home Improvements 

We undertake all manor of work, larger maintenance repair or refurbishment projects will initially be attended by one of our surveyors. This will help us establish the specification & requirements needed by the client. At this stage it gives us the opportunity to give design advice & help create an image of the finish project. We can then cost estimates & produce a schedule of work, this ensures that you the client are aware of all the necessary works, costs & timescales involved within the project.
