Prior to opening JamesDean in 2005 one of the directors James Honeycutt ran a successful estate agent letting business for 10 years. Having worked in the local industry since 1995 James had a passion to open his own agency and along with his brother Dean opened JamesDean in 2005 in a bid to create an agency with a difference that puts the client first and offers the best service standards available.

Having passed on a wealth of knowledge and experience to our dedicated team and becoming market leaders in the areas we operate in, we are proud to boast that we look after in excess of 800 properties and over 1000 tenants. (Not bad for a two branch family run, independent agency)
