I am a landlord who has used James Dean as my full-service property managers for the past two years - and they are excellent. My property manager Bethan has been wonderful, holding my hand through everything from contracts to contractors. Her communication is always timely, professional and helpful. I would not hesitate to use James Dean in the future - and when that time comes I will be asking for Bethan specifically to be my property manager!
