Dean Honeycutt Director
I started the family business along with my brother James in 2005. Our modern approach to the industry was welcomed and we continue to enjoy helping people move today. I'm actively helping the team daily at our Reigate branch however when I'm not working I obviously enjoy spending time with my wife and my two daughters. Other than property, I love traveling, golf and running.

Robert Bailey Associate Director
I am financially accredited having previously occupied various roles in the financial sector culminating as an Investment Banker for a global institution. Since 2003 I have worked exclusively in the property sector specialising in Property Management and Property Development before joining JamesDean in 2015. As Associate Director I am primarily responsible for residential sales and my key focus is delivering a credible, professional and client focused service that delivers results and enhances our reputation.

John Freeman Area Sales Manager
I started my career in estate agency 23 years ago and have worked in a number of areas in the Surrey region. Starting as a trainee and making my way up to Sales Manager and Area valuer. I pride myself with the knowledge I have gained over the years in the industry. Dealing with a broad sector of clients and property, offering a personal and individual touch, that is based on long term relationships with both vendors and buyers. During my career I have been shortlisted for valuer of the year by the Sunday Times as well as being recognised a number of times by Estas reviews, for my contribution to customer services within the industry.

Brad Murray Lettings Manager
Having recently joined the team, I bring with me a wealth of knowledge and experience. I have been in the industry for many years now, having started my career in the South London area. I made the choice to move to JamesDean, knowing they were the market leaders and I am thoroughly enjoying being part of the team.

I've been in agency for 8 years I pride myself on the results I achieve regularly for the branch. I love meeting new people, I consider myself as a very sociable person and get great feedback from the clients that I've helped move home. I'm a keen motor sports enthusiast and enjoy travelling to my partner's family home in Spain.

I joined the company in 2013 as Property Manager, now 10 years on I head the accounts department managing the 800+ properties we look after. Although our department is incredibly busy taking care of both landlord and tenant queries I thoroughly love the challenge of Accounts & Property Management.

MARLA I’ve been working in the property industry since 2018 and during this time have gained a wealth of experience in a variety of roles. I am ARLA Propertymark qualified having achieved my Level 3 Award in Residential Lettings & Property Management in 2023. Since moving to JamesDean, I now oversee the Property Management department where I enjoy the challenge of maintaining our varied portfolio and providing a first-class service to both landlords and tenants. Communication is key within my role and I pride myself on ensuring all clients are kept fully informed and up to date.
