If your queries are urgent and you have an emergency outside of these hours, please use the following instructions.
The below contractor will be available to those repairs that are classed as emergencies only, such as no heating, hot water, and water leaks.

PLEASE NOTE - Should a call out be made and it is not deemed as an emergency or a 'user fault/error', you may be liable for the call out charge.
If you can already smell gas and/or think there could be a leak, you should call UK National Gas Emergency Service immediately on 0800 111 999 at any time of the day or night.
We have emergency contractors on standby during Bank Holidays and the Christmas & New Year period.
Please note that only emergency repairs/faults should be reported during the Bank Holiday, Christmas & New Year reduced opening hours.
