Our dedicated Property Management & Accounts team are always on standby to assist our tenants and landlords.
If you are a tenant and have a maintenance issue, in the first instance you should report this via our ‘Report a maintenance issue’ tab which can be located on the homepage or under the ‘Letting’ heading on the main menu of our website.
All other tenant and landlord queries such as, renewal of contracts, serving notice, rent payments, moving out and deposit returns should be directed to one of the team beam below.
Our office working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm.
If your queries are urgent and you have an emergency outside of these hours, please use the following instructions.
The below contractor will be available to those repairs that are classed as emergencies only, such as no heating, hot water, and water leaks.

PLEASE NOTE - Should a call out be made and it is not deemed as an emergency or a 'user fault/error', you may be liable for the call out charge.
If you can already smell gas and/or think there could be a leak, you should call UK National Gas Emergency Service immediately on 0800 111 999 at any time of the day or night.
