If you are a tenant and have a maintenance issue, in the first instance you should report this via our ‘Report a maintenance issue’ tab which can be located under the ‘Letting’ heading on the main menu of our website.
All other tenant and landlord queries such as, renewal of contracts, serving notice, rent payments, moving out and deposit returns should be directed to one of the team beam below.
