After end tenancy reports are simply ways of holding tenants deposits. There is no common sense used and some information which was not matched up with original information and pictures we took when we moved in. Check the compensation list carefully and take lots of pictures on moving in. Check trust pilot reviews as they have not claimed the property management reviews which have a 3.7 star review
